Pain Management

Medication is available for pain management after surgery at an approximate cost of $25-$35 depending on the weight of your pet. Please indicate below if you would like this additional services. *

Pre-Anesthetic

Prior to any surgical procedure or anesthesia your animal will be given a physical exam. If any abnormalities are found, he/she will not be anesthetized without first notifying you. We also recommend other pre-surgical tests to detect possible underlying problems and minimize the risk associated with anesthesia. *

Basic Profile($42.50) - Checks kidney and liver functions as well as blood protein levels.
General Health Profile($104.50) - Checks kidney and liver function, blood protein levels as well as cholesterol, calcium and other levels specific to older animals.
Coagulation Profile($50.15) - Checks blood clotting times
Geriatric Dog Profile($278.50) - Includes the General Health Profile, Coagulation Profile as well as chest x-rays to examine the heart and lungs. Recommended for dogs over 8 years old.

I consent to my female dogs or cats to get a small tattoo line on the abdomen that represents that they have been sterilized. No charge. *

Dissolvable Sutures

I consent to my female dogs or cats receiving dissolvable sutures at an additional cost of $29.95. Sutures will dissolve and would not need to be taken out. *
